The Chiswick Ballroom accommodates up to 400 delegates theatre-style and the pillar-free space is perfect for presentations and product launches. Direct street access and an onsite car park are ideal for large groups and event set-up crew. There is also a dedicated stairway to access this area making organising your conference even easier.
Chiswick Ballroom can also host smaller events, as the room may be divided into two and can be configured into a range of room options with its own private foyer, cloakroom, restrooms and bar.
All conference spaces have built-in technology, including intelligent lighting systems with pin spot lighting, screens, mobile coverage and projectors in the ceilings. Specific AV equipment, ranging from microphones, additional speakers, extra themed lighting and podiums may be conveniently arranged with the experienced AV team, who are happy to provide you with audio visual assistance and WiFi access. Experienced and versatile teams are on board to ensure your conference runs smoothly.
